CONTRACT MANAGEMENT & PROJECT CONTROL
These days, more and more is expected of contractors during the realization of construction projects regarding validation, verification and responsibilities. Increasingly, contractors need to prove how a (end)product is created and that is does fit the intended requirements. In many cases the processes in order to achieve the (end)product is prescribed by clients. Therefore, the process requirements become part of the obligations of the contractor.
An efficient process is considered well and requires an integrated organization and systems. This provides handle on and insight into the status of the project goals and results. This way the project requirements also remain verifiable.
The integrated approach of TEYLER Contract management & Project Control contributes to the predictability of project results and reduction of failure costs.
TEYLER, preferably, starts with the determination a Plan of Action. Therefore, TEYLER conducts an analysis of the project organization and contractual situation. The analysis forms the basis of our approach. Then, we formulate the concept Plan of Action and discuss it with the client. If possible, TEYLER will make concrete proposals for the fulfilment of the required role(s) or function(s), as a result of the Plan of Action.
The Plan of Action proposes a set of measures and activities. The measures and actions to be taken are determined jointly. This creates upfront clarity about the tasks of the project or organization and the role of TEYLER. Afterwards, we periodically review and evaluate the Plan of Action together, so adjustments can be made in time and efficiently.
